Nowak Properties, LLC is located in Farmington, New Mexico. Presently we manage three apartment complexes (Brentwood Manor, Farmington Apartments and Animas Valley Apartments) and 31 houses. In all, we manage 199 units. Our units range from studio apartments to 5 bedroom houses. We rent units on a month-to-month basis, six month lease of a one year lease. Depending on a tenant's needs, we will also furnish units. Some of our units include utilities and cable TV. Some of the tenants contract with the local utility company for services.

We pride ourselves in taking care of our tenants' needs. We presently have a maintenance staff of six to respond to maintenance needs. Our employees are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to handle maintenance emergencies.
